Forever Gone

We find ourselves trapped at times in secluded stressful situations because we choose to be there. We don't realize the dangers of placing ourselves in this state. Many times it is too late to reverse the damage we have caused.Talking about the situation helps to release some of the stress but it does not take it away. So the big question is how do we get rid of stress? You don't. You control stress for the sake of your health. Don't allow it to control you.
