LOYALTY

When I think of customer service, I believe of nothing but giving your best. Believe in what you have to offer. Want it to be very awake in the eyes of many. Enjoy showing who you are and what you are capable of presenting. It is the definition of what you stand for. Ownership of your actions benefit you dearly. For some good, for some bad depending on who or what they think about.

Outspoken individuals can be a positive and negative aspect in society. How we present it introduces a stigma about each other. Everyone seems to have their own opinion of you. Everyone defines you. Customer service defines you. Companies want to be remembered as great. When you want to be historically defined as great you have to do great things. Grade A satisfaction should forever be the goal. How do we reach Grade A satisfaction?

That is a wonderful question and there are many wonderful answers that many can say including myself. We have many answers, but do the answers work? It can work for you but it may not work for me. Stay dedicated to your beliefs. Your beliefs portray who you are and what you are capable of through the eyes of many. Don't settle for less.

I find honesty to be important. Some people find lying to be a key to success. If you have to fabricate your ideas than you are not being honest to yourself. Being honest to yourself mean showing any consumer what you can and cannot do and allowing your consumer to choose if they are interested. If they find you to not be what they want because you are not honest than you have to re-evaluate yourself. It will not hurt you. It will better you.

You will find yourself building rather than settling and losing. I find that it is important to know who you are and dedicate yourself to your beliefs and values. When you know who you are the rest will believe too. Stop focusing on lying to win and focus on being honest to build. You can build off honesty. You will be respected more from your values and beliefs and gain the correct audience than one who will die off when they find you to be irrelevant to their situation.

Strength

I love every moment I feel it and I am grateful to understand it. It makes me realize how much more I have to be thankful for. I can never be mad or angry for the journey I endured because it helped to increase the feeling of positive focus. I'm ecstatic and feel completely electrified for being able to know what it feels like. I can't wait to feel more. It gets stronger as my journey continues. I call it strength.

Real Goals

Have you ever thought about where you will be in three to five years? How many years have passed? Does your answer match where you are now? Ask yourself another question... Are you content with where you are?

Now, yes we have many who are laid off and are struggling to make it hour by hour trying to figure out how they will get their next meal. But that is not the type of goals I am talking about. I am talking about the goals of strength and wisdom. I am talking about the goal to be the best person you can be. I am talking about the goal to strive for more no matter how bad things get. I am talking about the goal to relieve yourself of stress and sadness. Yes you can get better and yes you can feel better. One thing I have learned that I do not take for granted, is that no matter how bad things get, there is always a beautiful day coming.

So when you next set goals be sure to focus on healing yourself as well; mentally and physically.

Color Has No Meaning

When you or someone you know need a blood transfusion, do you know what race the person is who provides that? When you need a transplant do you know who provided it to you? It could be anyone and believe me race has no factor at all. From stem cells to organs, there is one key factor that does not play a role: ethnicity. Let's wake up and focus.

This Is Real

I often wonder what is what when what is not really what... LOL. Do you? Yes. We all do. We always find ourselves asking another question. On and on again....

You Will Always Be My Best Friend

When you meet someone who you can speak to about anything and everything it means the world to you. It is amazing to have someone you can share your good and bad with and they always understand. Understanding is the key. You never have to agree nor do you need to like what the other person is saying. However you completely respect it and not once do you find yourself in a negative state too long. The negative state does not last long because as stated earlier,  you understand.  You respect what the other person says. It all sound unreal and it all sound impossible.  It sounds like a movie; a surreal love story. But how many people have truly experienced going through a moment or longer time like this? Many of us have. That's how many met the ones they have grown old with now.
I find it completely interesting how we seem to respect one another in the beginning but find ourselves tired with what we fell in love with as time goes. Who do that? Humans. Why? Ask yourselves that question. I can honestly say I know about short term love stories and long term ones. I still am experiencing a long term and I am blessed to feel it. I call it my best friend.

Why

Why is a one word that can cause much communication outlets to open. The reason is due to people not wanting to accept the first answer. When you do not accept the first answer and you rebuttal you are responding automatically with why on your mind no matter how many words you use.  Or you may just say why. WHY?
